Can I Give Myself A Brazilian With Nair

Taking a quick look at 2010, I have reason, more than enough to give thanks to God and life, everything I've found in these 365 days ... have to enjoy existence, while it may go well, and will lean times, like everything ...

- October: rest of my trip to Madrid and Mari and I went to hear the choir Falla Queens Populo .

- February: I spent the whole month in Montpellier. I missed the carnival, but I gained a few friends and learned laparoscopic surgery.

- March: vini, vidi, vinci. We went to a concert by Javier Ruibal (?) And the next day I went to Memphis, USA While there, learning child cancer surgery, we learned Mari and I were going to be daddies ... I also lost Holy Week, and also operated on my father, being in the United States.

- April: I came back, thankfully. I was with mine in Cadiz and Murcia. Mari vomited. We saw the heart, precise, Carmen.

- May: Maria Auxiliadora, as always. First wedding anniversary in Granada.

- June: start my guards attached ...

- July: I went with my guards attached, and Mari fatter by the day.

- September: many more guards attached and rented a small apartment in Mazarron, on the beach of Bolnuevo.

- September: Carmen is coming back ... normal working routine. We Cadiz last time before he was born.

- October: We spent the month setting up the room and "furnishings" of the girl, who grew apace, and even he could see her face in a 3d ECO.

- November: with fear in the body and nerves to the surface, spent the month without seeing his face.

- December: Day 2 was born love made flesh in a body serrano, accompanying a few days after our family. One memorable Christmas, all together, in Cadiz.

In short, a year beautiful for framing. With its ups and downs, like everyone else. But in general, round. God wants us accompanying health in 2011 and although it is economically worse, personally is infinitely better.

Health for All. Happy 2011!

A quick glance Work in the Bay

Cádiz

That is very funny, yes. There is. What does a very good time, yes. It does. That how good the fried pescao, yes. Good.

But the Bay carries several decades dying in the most profound economic and political ostracism, is also a reality. I am fascinated by the screams (there are many) of people insulting Teófila or cabins as if they were directly responsible for the tragedy. When I think the most direct responsibility, directisa, We the people of Cadiz. Sheep in the hands of lazy and greedy shepherds, who only look for them, yes. But sheep. Lambs to graze where we can. Poor things.

I know someone who worked for a company closed not long ago in the Bay and told me with some embarrassment, how during Carnival, they could terminate in the company up to 60-70% effective because they came in groups or as a famous author wrote some. I'm not saying this is significant (it is), but I am very sorry the man's face this morning has taken the brunt of the protest outside the headquarters of the PSOE. With the split eyebrow and the eye bruised, enduring in the corner of Broad Street, while his companions, resigned, his arms crossed around. That I have seen photos of www.diariodecadiz.es .

I would just like from these lines, best wishes to these currelantes, find a job soon and if not, do like me, I'm out of Cadiz with my family for several years and there is life after toll. That he sometimes plays to stop what you most want to find a livelihood and job satisfaction.

Submission Match Sister

Four days in the world

When you are born, everyone laughs and you cry. And when you die, everybody cry and you laugh.

was

One of the things they told me recently in relation to childbirth and thought I was a new and curious.

me share with you, dear bloggers, the birth of our daughter Carmen. Everything went great, and hopefully soon lead to the square stone, to see Cadiz and sea, sky.

This girl is Murcia, but, as a good daughter of Cadiz - the joke he had to leave, nobody takes it away. It was a bit asleep in the womb of his mother and did not want to lose any way. Pretty had to endure "in utero" the fall of Cadiz II B, and lowering the wages of their parents, with the retention shoemakers. Why what I'm going down?, say. Someday I'll ask.

On the other hand, have been a few days of many nerves, many calls and loving to ask us a compliment. Nice days, now that I look back, with the presence and the warmth of our family almost complete (after I do not want complaints from the platform ... There is also Leo). This always makes you feel that the famous 600 km that separate us, are nothing, because the love and the love of family, knows no metrics or highways or anything.

only takes four days in the world. And never be enough (do not know if there will be time for it) to think about the great mystery of how the love of a man and a woman, you can get a fruit so great. As we remember in the hospital, at dawn. The two together in the room prior to the delivery room, including nerves, laughter and casual conversation (and put the blessed epidural anesthesia, of course). How I stopped being one, to meet and marry Mari. How to stop being two at home now in these days and be three.

Oragnize Euro Pillows

Sleep

I write these little words in public, private because I will tell you so many things that I do not know where to start ...

"What little is left to you for sleeping peacefully! "He keeps repeating, with all the love in the world, the people we go to Mari or me on the street, at work, family ...

And I can not stop thinking that all I have wanted is that I cry and I laugh, sleep or do not, but you come right.

With what I like to sleep ... just me I repent of these little words in public.

Now you'll be in there all day, warm, sleeping, yawning, moving from time to time ... and within a week if all goes well, we will keep you in our arms, warm up asleep, yawning and moving everything you want and more without a uterus tighten around you. That cry all you have to mourn, but to come right.

OH CHRIST! - AMADO NERVO

----------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------
-------- Note:
Continuing our effort to continue publishing some of the emails that I shared with good friends around the world, now I remember that feeling came to me while reading a poem the great Amado Nervo (Mexico, 1870-1919).
I left my old story impregnated winged emotions, my most sensible words.
------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------
Amigos (as):
How can anyone feel the same as if I lived ninety years ago? And, is it not extraordinary and miraculous things, thinking that people like Moses, Jacob, Abraham, Noah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, etc. O, the great prophets who lived on this continent as Nephi, Alma, King Benjamin, Helaman, Mormon, Moroni, etc. I can transmit not only knowledge, but what they felt and thought as if I talk about themselves today. What kind of communication so deep, remote and beautiful is this? The feel something I did not expect, did not plan, I never imagined and that is so miraculous to me. I try to make my imagination to see these fine achieve spiritual ties that surround us, like a kind of telephone network or the spectrum of electromagnetic waves that travel through space without any material to stop them, so imagine the communication network of skies, just perfect, infallible and that does not come with a tax to pay or anything that conditional obligation sublime penitent to receive signal. Is the network of his Spirit, as a gentle whisper to the very soul that quivers in calmness and peace that clings like a seal in the center of heart and never erased.

imagine I feel the amount of things you can convey that spirit, the same place to sprout sentiments expressed in simplicity and depth testimonies of prophets who lie sleeping in their graves for men. They are dead, but still conveying the depth at which they arrived. I wonder why!

This is a beautiful poem that I liked think, thanks to a night that I was looking for the perfect network to connect with my God and He led me to this art and faith chapel . Amado Nervo
I felt the same, and is no longer, but his soul lives in his recitation. And I'm here to read. Place your ear
innocent heart and character of humility, on the altar of sacrifice to make this poem, a speech for our veterans more spiritual battles.

"there is a human pain than my pain
no eyes and cry, and no soul frets
without me fret and cry;
and my heart is true lamp of all vigils,
O Christ!

"I seek in vain in the deep recesses of my being
to find some hate: no one can hurt me and
but pity and love. All are me, I'm all
O Christ!

"What evils or goods imported! For me they are all real.
The rose has no thorns, for me only gives roses.
"Rose passion? Who cares? Blue roses essentially
purple as the blood shed by us,
O Christ! "

Scripture Reading and Revelation - By Elder Dallin H.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reclamamos el derecho de creer en the Bible, to its correct translation, and the Book of Mormon. But none of these holy books can be understood and interpreted without the aid of revelation. That is why Elder Oaks teaches us in seeking understanding of the study on May 1 with the aid of revelation in our study. Excellent test of the most interesting of our leaders. Make English translation of any correction, it is declared acceptable.

"The Scripture Reading and Revelation," Dallin H.
Oaks,
Ensign, January. 1995, 7

modern Los Santos permanent disclosure will be provided with a different approach to reading and using the Scriptures.

Some Christians accept the Bible as the only true word, fully inspired of God fully. At the other extreme, some other Christians regard the Bible as the writings of people who may or may not have been inspired by God, but that has little moral authority today. The belief of the Latter-day Saints is that the Bible is the word of God until it is translated correctly "(Articles of Faith 1:8) This puts us between these two extremes, but this belief is not unique brand our Christianity.

What makes us unlike most other Christians is because we read and use the Bible and other scriptures and our belief in revelation permanent. For us, the Scriptures are the ultimate source of knowledge, but preceding the last video. The latter knowledge is obtained by revelation. With Moroni affirm that he who denies the revelation "does not know the gospel of Christ" (Morm. 9:8).

The Lord's word in Scripture is like a lamp to lead our feet (see Ps. 119:105), and revelation is as a powerful force increasing the lighting of the lamp many times. We encourage everyone to make meticulous study of the scriptures and the prophetic teachings about them and search through prayer and personal revelation to know the meaning for yourself. For our belief in continuing revelation, we Latter-day Saints maintain that the canon of Scripture is open. In fact, the canon is available in different forms, and continuous disclosure is crucial for each of them. First, we believe that God will guide His children giving new additions to the existing canon of Scripture through the prophet and the procedures of the Church. The Book of Mormon is that addition. Also the revelations in the Doctrine and Covenants, including sections 137 and 138 [D & C 137, D & C 138], which have been added in our lifetime.

Secondly, we believe that God will give new insights about the meaning of the Scriptures,
previously canonized meanings that were not evident long ago. These new revelations are of two types: public and private.
public revelations come through those we sustain as prophets, seers, and developers. Examples of public disclosures we have in the numerous additions and clarifications in the Joseph Smith Translation of the Bible and the revelations in the Doctrine and Covenants on the meaning of passages from the Bible. (For example, see D & C 77 on the book of Revelation and D and C 113, some prophecies of Isaiah.) These public disclosures usually illuminate biblical passages that are doctrinal rather than those that are descriptive or managers. Our belief in an open canon also includes private revelations to individual seekers of the meaning of the Scriptures available. Such disclosures are necessary because, as Elder Bruce R. McConkie Of the Quorum of the Twelve has observed, "Every statement in the Holy Scriptures are written to reveal ... more or less, depending on the student's spiritual fitness "(A New Witness for the Articles of Faith, Salt Lake City: Deseret Book Co., 1985, p. 71).

Nephi tried to teach his brothers who might know the meaning of the prophetic expressions of his father, "For truly I spoke to many great things that were difficult to understand, unless a man should the Lord "(1 Ne. 15:3). Nephi told them that if not hardened their hearts and keep the commandments and ask the Lord in truth, "I will manifest insurance these things" (1 Ne. 15:11). If we harden our hearts, then discard the permanent revelation, and limit our learning to what we can get for the study and the reason for the precise language of this canon of Scripture, our understanding is limited to so called Alma " the lower portion of the word "(Alma 12:11).

S i seek and accept revelation and inspiration, increases our understanding of the Scriptures, then we will on the achievement of the inspired promise for those Nephi diligent search, have "the mysteries of God ... will be discovered by the power of the Holy Spirit" (1 Ne. 10:19). To illustrate this essential truth, consider that the most important knowledge we can gain a testimony of the Father and the Son of God. This vital knowledge is received through the testimony of the Holy Spirit (see D & C 20:27).

Many of the things mentioned in the Scriptures can be understood only by the inspiration the Holy Spirit. In the words of the Apostle Paul, "The things of God no one knows, except the one with the Spirit of God "(JST, 1 Cor. 2:11). We put receptive to inspiration and revelation by obedience to the commandments of God, prayer, and the attention to the teachings of living prophets. His words serve as a guide for each of us in the interpretation of the Scriptures as in other subjects. The Lord promised Nephi: "For unto him that receiveth I will give more, and say: We have enough, will be taken away even that which they. "(2 Ne. 28:30, see also Matt. 13:12). Capsulized the belief that verse Latter Days on the importance of maintaining disclosure when we read and interpret Scripture. Even if there were additional revelations added to the published canon, the canon open is an essential part of our belief and practice in reading the Scriptures. We believe the Holy Scriptures as revealed in the past, can not be understood without opening the revelations of this.

Like the permanent revelation raises and illuminates the Scriptures, also a study of the scriptures enables men and women to receive revelations. R. Bruce more McConkie said, "I sometimes think that one of the backstage best preserved of the kingdom is that the Holy Scriptures the door open for further revelation " (Doctrines of the Restoration, ed. Mark L. McConkie, Salt Lake City: Bookcraft, 1989, p. 243). E sto occurs because the read Scripture keeps us in harmony with the Spirit of the Lord.

The idea that in reading the Holy Scriptures can lead to inspiration and revelation opens the door to the truth of Scripture is a limited to what is meant when it was written but also may include what that scripture means to readers today. Moreover, reading the Scriptures can also lead to current revelation on whatever the Lord wishes to communicate to the reader of that time. point no exaggeration when we say that Scripture can be a Urim and Thummim to assist each of us to receive personal revelation. believe that reading the scriptures can help us receive revelation, we encourage you to read again and again. Thus, we get a gateway for what our Heavenly Father wants us to know our personal lives today. That's one reason more for Latter-day Saints to study the Scriptures daily. Similarly, what I meant to say a scripture in the Book of Mormon when I read the first part at the age of sixteen years is not conclusive on me when I read that part again at the age of sixty. With the benefit of life experiences and my greater familiarity with the revelation, I can learn things that were not available to me before the Scriptures today.

Another reason for repeating the reading of the Scriptures is that the many prophecies and doctrinal passages have multiple meanings. El Salvador said that fact when he told his disciples that why He taught the multitude in parables is that allowed him to teach "the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven" (Matt. 13:11) while not revealing these mysteries to the entire crowd. His parables had multiple meanings or applications according to the spiritual maturity of the listener. They had a message for children and students of the gospel.

Other instantiations of multiple meanings occur in the prophecies and visions recorded in Scripture. Elder McConkie noted that "some of the prophetic expressions of Salvador in 3 Ne. 21 focus on pre and postmilenarios events, some with compliance initial and partial in our day and will finish second and greatest in the days ahead "(The Millennial Messiah, Salt Lake City: Deseret Book Co., 1982, p. 251). Similarly, in response to questions from his brothers about the meaning of the words of Isaiah in the brass plates, Nephi spoke of "both temporal and spiritual" (1 Ne. 22:3).
Isaiah's book contains numerous prophecies that seem to have multiple fulfillments. Some seem to involve the people of Isaiah's day or the conditions of the next generation.

Another meaning, often symbolic, appears to refer to events in the meridian of time, when Jerusalem was destroyed and their inhabitants dispersed after the crucifixion of the Son of God. Here is another meaning or fulfillment of the prophecy itself seems to be related to the events of the Second Coming of the Savior. The fact that many of these prophecies can have multiple meanings underscores the importance of searching by our revelation of the Holy Spirit to help us interpret. As Nephi said, the words of Isaiah "is obvious to all those who are filled with the spirit of prophecy." (2 Ne. 25:4).

Another illustration of multiple meanings concerning prophecy in the Book of Joel, that in the last day the Lord will pour out His spirit on all flesh and that our sons and our daughters will prophesy (see Joel 2:28). On the day of Pentecost the Apostle Peter spoke who witnessed these events, "speaking through the prophet Joel" (Acts 2:16). Eighteen hundred years later, the angel Moroni quoted this same prophecy and said "not yet met, but that would be made shortly" (JS - H 41). The principle that Scripture can have multiple meanings also helps us to exploit the fact that one Writing can be given to us in more than one set of words . For example, Moroni quoted the prophecy of Malachi very different to that found in the Bible. (Compare to Mal. 4:5-6 with JS - H 1:38-39.) We believe that both stories are correct and scriptural and doctrinal differences in expression are attributable to different aspects of the salvation of the dead expressed in two different conditions (see D & C 128:17).

Those who believe that the canon is closed rush the reading of Scripture focus attention that was his meaning to the time that the biblical words were spoken or written. In this approach, a scripture may seem to have only one meaning and the reader typically relies on scholarship and historical methods to determine them. The approach of Latter Day Saints is different. Professor Hugh Nibley gives clarity to this in his essay "The Prophets and the Scripture." He notes that "men are mistaken when they think for a moment that can read the Scriptures without ever being added to it, or omit some of it . In the wise words of St. Hilary, ... "Scripture is not what one reads, but in what one understands. " "Consequently, he continues," the reading of Sacred Scripture should always have an interpreter "(The World and the Prophets, The Collected Works of Hugh Nibley, 12 vols., Salt Lake City: Deseret Book Co., 1987, 3 202). He concludes: The question is not anyway you add words to the scriptures - thousands of volumes of commentary have already been made literate - but whether such an addition was obtained by the wisdom of men or the revelation of God " (ibid., p. 206).

The Latter-day Saints know that the true doctrine is obtained by revelation from God, not by learning or experience of life (see Moses 5:58). Similarly, the Apostle Paul wrote that "we are not able by ourselves to think anything of ourselves, but our ability is from God" (2 Cor. 3:5). Instead of relying on our interpretations of written texts, we trust in God and the "ministry" glory "of the Spirit" (2 Cor. 3:8). Here we have a new meaning to familiar teaching of Paul that true believers are " ... ministers of the spirit that made us capable servants of a new agreement, not the letter but the spirit (2 Cor. 3:6). Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery set an example for this administration. After his baptism, were filled with the Holy Spirit. Then, as Joseph said in his personal history, "Our minds being now well informed, they began to have placed the Scriptures clear to our understandings, and" our minds being now enlightened, we began to understand the Scriptures, and we revealed the true meaning and intention of their more mysterious passages in a way hitherto had not succeeded, even thought. "(JS - H 1:74). modern Saints know that instructed or authorized comments can help us with biblical interpretation, but say that should be used with caution. comments are not a substitute for the Scriptures more than a good cookbook is a substitute for food. (When I refer to "the comments," I mean everything that interprets Scripture)

One of the problems of the comments is that the authors sometimes focus All they wanted something ie the exclusion of others. As a result, the comments, if not used carefully, can clarify the meaning of the author selected and correct but can close our eyes and may limit our horizons to other possible meanings. Sometimes that other, less obvious meanings can be the most valuable and useful for us in getting answers to our questions. That is why the teaching of the Holy Spirit is the best guide for biblical interpretation that even the best commentary. As Paul told Timothy, "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God" (2 Tim. 3:16, also see 2 Pet. 1:21). This means that to understand the Scriptures, our minds need to be well in harmony with the Spirit of the Lord. As we learn of the fiftieth chapter of the Doctrine and Covenants, "one who receives the word by the Spirit of truth receiveth it as it is preached by the Spirit of truth" (D & C 50:21). When this occurs, the reader is built on personal revelation.

President Kimball told members of the Church that he was "convinced that each of us at some time of our lives, we discover the Scriptures for ourselves," (Ensign, September. 1976, p. 4). When we do that, we get revelation. If we rely only on our reasoning or learning or the comments of others, then we will never get the understanding you can get only the revelation. Then people in that circumstance will stay forever with that Alma said "the bottom portion of the word" (Alma 12:11).

Oaks SUD VIDEO: WHY WE MUST BE BORN AGAIN?

Watch video by clicking: HERE

------------------------- -------------------------------------------
Note: I like to share
some impressions with friends around the world through my emails. I will publish each of them. Like this video very enlightening. -------------------------------------------------

------------------- Subject: SYMBOLISM OF BIRTH, WITH THE BAPTISM OF JESUS \u200b\u200bCHRIST AND THE ATONEMENT

friends (as): I share you the second part of a very interesting video. In fact, it's something we do in the Church in which I believe and profess. already in 1990, when he was a high school student, I had read on this issue.
The outcome of the conception and birth by which we all had to come to this world, is symbolized by those Centenerio words of Lord Jesus Christ, when He told Nicodemus, "Verily, verily, I say unto you is born of Water and the Spirit can not enter the kingdom of God. " To which, Nicodemus, a highly educated man with a logic and reason limited to the material, he replied: "How I can be born again he is old?". And, in his mind full of logic and science concepts more than spiritual, the fact I tried to imagine how it might be possible to re-enter the womb. Jesus Christ, in an impressive manner, then says, " The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound thereof but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. " In other words, entering the spiritual world may seem small to be explained in words or by deeds, it can only be experienced and is of greater benefit for which you do, than he who simply hears. The spiritual

not checked with a test tube, a microscope, an archaeological relic, discovered a star, but the experiment itself.

Many times I have held discussions with people who want them to check or verify some aspect of doctrine with a scientific foundation, archaeological or other secular. My response is similar to that of Jesus Christ nearly two thousand years ago: "If you open your mind to the spiritual, nothing I can do for you, but will show the tables of Moses."

tilda We sometimes have a closed mind, however, go beyond reason, without going against it, what will be of closed?

In a dialogue in which we talked about some vestiges of the cultures of America and its relationship with the Book of Mormon, it was a stage who did not believe, not to leave any doubts. Came a simple phrase: "All knowledge and archaeological remains are not the way to check the veracity of the Book of Mormon. For those who believed before seeing, yes."

In conclusion, being born again is an act of faith and commitment, not explainable by science and pure reason, but if by personal revelation about his need.

This is one of the best videos I've seen produced by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (IJSUD). I thank my good friend Raul from Peru, Tahuantinsuyo Stake for letting me come.

For those who believe in God, will be glad to see something.

roofs Cádiz Kid

People ask me.

- Always Cádiz What to do? and Where to eat? Typically, right?

Among my answers, there is always one that leaves no one indifferent to the visit. It is the Torre Tavira. This tower, located in one of the highest points of our flat city, has a dark past few years. It is a privilege to watch all Cadiz, first through a set of lights and mirrors and then, live and direct from the top of this ancient tower. The

contrast between the white houses with blue sky and sea, the yellow dome of the New Cathedral and plenty of watchtowers, jumping between antennas and buildings, is spectacular.

And if we keep delving into the rooftop, we can find the clothes smelling clean and struggled on clotheslines. The pots chilly newly irrigated areas will have some marijuana, I say. The sounds of the streets, the voices of passersby and neighbors. The smell of freshly brewed pot. And

carnivals in the old carnivals, a rehearsal space, a "lavaero, where hitting a drum and a box, gently, with those voices of wonder ...

Song That Soundslike Riverside

Love One Another (LOVE ONE ANOTHER), which thrilled the ANTHEM PRESIDENT THOMAS S. MONSON

can see the video of this song by clicking: HERE

During the last Conference, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Mormon (The Mormon Tabernacle Choir) sang one of the most beautiful hymns of spiritual songs SUD. Who is not touched by this wonderful song?

With a simple point based on the words of the Savior, but with a profound message about the very essence of the Gospel is love of neighbor.

After the singing of the choir, the Pres. Thomas S. Monson could not restrain a tear and have a brief history of his many experiences, as was the service to a sick old woman. It is no secret love and service is our Prophet by men and older women. Maybe because his mind he spent every one of those old ladies who served in life as a young bishop and asked how old those that the President himself, was present in each of their funerals.

The Pres. Thomas S. Monson is the Prophet of God, not only because it leads the Church, but because the witness of Jesus Christ is alive in each example of love for all his brethren in this church. The example of Pres. Thomas S. Monson, an invitation service and love for the elderly and our neighbor. May God preserve our Prophet.

let me attach anthem at the end of the image excited a man of God who spent his life serving more helpless souls and to extend their valuable testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ. I think it was one of the most amazing experiences of the last Conference.

How To Make A Bike Wheel Cake

In my last visits to Cadiz, I've seen on the street. Now is a little battered and with some lameness. The years do not go in vain. Not even for one day who was a famous national boxer.

This, friends, Kid Bitumen. A man that all children of Cadiz have known and wanted to see on the street, at parties, during Carnival, Easter. Bitumen is because Kid was one of the sellers of sweets and lollipops of Havana's most famous Cádiz. As appeared with its white sugar gender throne, a piarón of kids so we surrounded to buy our coveted prize for standing long hours to see a procession or hear a chorus of Carnival.

Kid is part of the starry sky of people (and characters in the most affectionate sense of the word) that populate our streets and still be seen.

hope that for many years.

How Is Lupus Transmitted

Bitumen Project Gutenberg Congratulations

Tomorrow they will make 30 years since the discovery of the Dama de Cádiz, the sarcophagus female. Searching the net I found this article in an American scientific magazine called PROJECT GUTENBERG which has no waste. Talk about recent discoveries in our land Phoenicians. There

I leave Cádiz "the pearl of the ocean and the silver cup" ...

Archaeological Discoveries AT CADIZ.

Those Who Have Had the good fortune to visit Andalusia, That privileged land of the sun, of light, songs, dances, beautiful girls, and bull fighters, preserve, among many other poetical and pleasing recollections, that of election to antique and smiling Cadiz—the "pearl of the ocean and the silver cup," as the Andalusians say in their harmonious and imaginative language. There is, in fact, nothing exaggerated in these epithets, for they translate a true impression. Especially if we arrive by sea, there is nothing so thrilling as the dazzling silhouette which, from afar, is reflected all white from the mirror of a gulf almost always blue.

The Cadiz peninsula has for centuries been legitimately renowned, for, turn by turn, Phenicians, properly so called, Carthaginians, Romans, Goths, Arabs and Spaniards have made of it the preferred seat of their business and pleasure. In his so often unsparing verses, Martial, even, celebrates with an erotic rapture the undulating suppleness of the ballet dancers of Gades , who are continued in our day by the majas and chulas .

For an epoch anterior to that of the Latin poet, we have the testimony, among others, of Strabo, who describes the splendors, formerly and for a long time famous, of the temple of Hercules, and who gives many details, whose accuracy can still be verified, concerning various questions of topography or ethnography. Thus the superb tree called Dracæna draco is mentioned as growing in the vicinity of Gadeira , the Greek name of the city. Now, some of these trees still exist in certain public and private gardens, and attract so much the more attention in that they are not met with in any other European country. However, although historically Cadiz finds her title to nobility on every page of the Greek and Latin authors, and although her Phenician origin is averred, nowhere has such origin, in a monumental and epigraphic sense, left fewer traces than in the Andalusian peninsula. A few short legends, imperfectly read upon either silver or bronze coins, and that was all, at least up to recent times. Such penury as this distressed savants and even put them into pretty bad humor with the Cadiz archæologists.

To-day, it seems that the ancient Semitic civilization, which has remained mute for so long in the Iberic territory, is finally willing to yield up her secret, as is proved by the engravings which we present to our readers from photographs taken in situ . It is necessary for us to enter into some details.

In 1887 there were met with at the gates of Cadiz, at about five meters beneath the surface of the earth, three rude tombs of shelly limestone, in which were found some skeletons, a few small bronze instruments and some trinkets—the latter of undoubted oriental manufacture.

In one of these tombs was also inclosed a monolithic sarcophagus of white marble of the form called anthropoid and measuring 2.15 m. in length by 0.67 in width. This sarcophagus is now preserved in the local museum, whose director is the active, intelligent and disinterested Father Vera. Although this is not the place to furnish technical or scientific explanations, it will be permitted us to point out the fact that although it is of essentially oriental manufacture, our anthropoid has undoubtedly undergone the Hellenistic influence, which implies an epoch posterior to that of Pericles, who died in 429 B.C. The personage represented, a man of mature age with noble lineaments and aquiline nose, has thick hair corned up on the forehead in the form of a crown, and a beard plaited in the Asiatic fashion. As for the head, which is almost entirely executed in round relief, that denotes in an undoubted manner the Hellenistic influence, united, however, with the immutable and somewhat hierarchical traditions of Phenician art. The arms are naked as far as to the elbow, and the feet, summarily indicated, emerge from a long sheath-form robe. As for the arms and hands, they project slightly and are rather outlined than sculptured. The left hand grasps a fruit, the emblem of fecundity, while the right held a painted crown, the traces of which have now entirely disappeared. It suffices to look at this sarcophagus to recognize the exclusively Phenician character of it, and the complete analogy with the monuments of the same species met with in Phenicia, in Cyprus, in Sicily, in Malta, in Sardinia, and everywhere where were established those of Tyre and Sidon, but never until now in Spain.

On another hand, for those of our readers who are interested in archæology, we believe it our duty to point out as a source of information a memoir published last year by our National Society of Antiquaries. Let us limit ourselves, therefore, to fixing attention upon one important point: The marble anthropoid was protected by a tomb absolutely like the rude tombs contiguous to it.

The successive discoveries since the third of last January at nearly the same place, and at a depth of from 3 to 6 meters beneath the surface, of numerous Inculi absolutely identical as to material and structure with those of which we have just spoken, is therefore a scientific event of high importance. Those discoveries, which were purely accidental, were brought about by the work on the foundations of the Maritime Arsenal now in course of construction at the gates of Cadiz. Our Fig. 1 represents the unearthing of the loculi on the 14th of April, and on the value of which there is no need to dwell. As to the dimensions, it is easy to judge of these, since the laborer standing to the left of the spectator holds in his hand a meter measure serving as a scale. It will suffice to state that the depth of each tomb is about two meters, and that upon the lower part of three of the parallelopipeds there exist pavements of crucial appearance. Finally, nothing denoted externally the existence of these sarcophagi jealously hidden from investigation according to a usage that is established especially by the imprecations graven upon the basaltic casket now preserved in the Museum of the Louvre, and which contained the ashes of Eshmanazar, King of Sidon.

ANTHROPOID SARCOPHAGUS DISCOVERED AT CADIZ.

Space is wanting to furnish ampler information. Our object is simply to call attention to a zone which is somewhat neglected from a scientific point of view, and which, however, seems as if it ought to offer a valuable field of investigation to students of things Semitic, among whom, as well known, our compatriots hold a rank apart, since it is to them that falls the laborious and very honorable duty of collecting and editing the inscriptions in Semitic languages.

On another hand, although in the beginning the sepulchers were taken to pieces and carried away (two of them imperfectly reconstructed may be seen in the garden of the Cadizian Museum), there will be an opportunity of making prevail the system of maintaining in situ the various monuments that may hereafter be discovered. Thus only could one, at a given moment, obtain an accurate idea of what the Phenician necropolis of Cadiz was, and allow the structures that compose it to preserve their imposing stamp of rustic indestructibility.

The excavation is Being Carried on at this very moment, and a bronze statuette of an eastern god and Various trinkets of more or less value Have municipal just enriched the collection. Let us hope, Then, as Predicted by Mr. WAS recently Ganneau Clermont, of the Institute, That Some Day or Another Semitic inscription Some will throw a last ray of light upon the past, Which Is Known at present so imperfectly, of Cadiz Phenician .- L'Illustration.

In the end we can quote this excellent conclusion:

reasoning is the method used by science.
Logic is the method you intend to use philosophy.
Faith is the method used by religion.

Revelation is the expression of pure truth
and involves three major areas.

Science provides knowledge.

Philosophy provides unity.

Religion provides happiness.

Revelation offers a pure and undeniable truth
that is scientific, religious yfilosóficamente consistent.

Science requires time and effort as possible.

Philosophy demands a proven logic, while;
Religion is abstracted from time and logic, and the most humble and simple
men can achieve
to become the

How To Reduce File Size Proshow Gold

remember, or do I have the sense to remember, far away, like a dream, being on the steps of Carranza without the rostrum, as conceived by a few months ago, with his visor blue and red sign Savings Bank of Cadiz, with my father and my brother.

remember seeing Magico Gonzalez in the Plaza de la Catedral Vieja juanillos seeing my father in June and released him an affectionate comment, me with eyes wide to such footballing genius with duende.

remember the last game at first many many years ago, a Cadiz-Celtic in the Old South Fund (input given to him by Don Juan Manuel Andrades the Salesians).

remember a few ascents, the last under the passage of Maria Auxiliadora, 24 May. Also, of course, a few drops, the last a few months ago, in the solitude of Murcia lounge with my neighbor José Diego, Murcia, sharing sorrows.

remember
released Southern Tier Fund, a Cadiz - Real Madrid, Robinho hat Fleurquin. And I remember the latter's goal against Real Murcia this season, which did little but that was the first party they were attending the 3 (Mari Carmen and me ...).

remember being in the locker room Carranza, in uniform of the City of Murcia and jumped into the field to assist Varela, as a doctor who was during a season that club, now defunct. And I remember the flag YELLOW BRIGADES, that they left me that day as a precious gift.

remember several trips being already in Murcia: El Ejido, Lorca, Albacete, La Condomina ... And I remember I met Harvey and Irene, thanks to the scarf and coat that had at its bar, VISTALEGRE TABLES.

I also remember many, many Sundays, happy, happy, to start the week with three more spots in the standings. Or disappointed and frustrated by a defeat on Monday that made them more uphill ...

remember that when I go to training the team Arrixaca (my hospital), my companions, seeing me in the yellow jersey, always let out a "do art."

And when I think of you, I put in a good mood and I'm more near from home. And that's very nice.

For you, for another 100 years of health, CADISMO AND FREEDOM. Happy Birthday, Cádiz CF

The last cigarette

Let's be clear first of all, I'm a doctor and THE SNUFF, MATA.

Billion described diseases associated with abuse addictive this paper cylinder with many shits and nicotine.

But I can not refuse to smoke a cigarette when I go to Cadiz, overlooking the sea. Face to face, Cadiz and me. She plays with my smoke and me Blessed be the fire in the direction of the wind. And I do not refuse a cigarette with good wine when I'm with my family when we go for a drink at a bar, and tell us things that happen in these 600 miles that separate us.

not imagine getting out of surgery at dawn and do not reward myself with the cigar that I smoke in front of the hospital, looking at the sky and giving thanks to God and the Saints, to make a living to heal others, while I with my cigarette, I soiling the lungs either day.

Now lately, I can not remove the last cigarette of the day. Which echo in my balcony, watching the stars and the moon, like a cat on the roof, licking my nerves, and thinking about your face, how you will be and what your voice sounds. And in that last cigarette of the day, knowing that I am poison, I always end up with a smile, thinking of you.

Cancer News ,

John Hopkins Hospital (the USA)
1. Everyone cancer cells. These cells do not appear in the standard tests until they have multiplied by billions. When a doctor tells a patient that has no more cancer cells cancer in their bodies after treatment, means that the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because the amount of them have not reached the amount required to be detected in normal analysis.

2. Cancer cells appear 6 to 10 times in a person's life.

3. When a person's immune system is strong enough, cancer cells are destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be genetic, environmental, food or lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies and strengthen the immune system, recommended a change in diet, including supplements.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells, but also destroys cells in the bone marrow, intestinal tract, etc. and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However, prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation does not lead to more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is weakened or destroyed, then the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other parts of the body.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to not feed the cancer cells with food to multiply, and so starve.
Cancer cells feed on:

A. Sugar is a cancer-feeder . By eliminating sugar from our diet eliminates food that strengthens the proliferation of cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. Better is the sugar substitute honey or molasses but only in very small quantities. A table salt is a chemical added to make it white, and this is stimulating cancer cells. The best alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

B. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk, cancer cells are deprived of their food and die.

C. cells thrive in an acid environment. A based diet of red meat is acidic and therefore is best to eat fish and white meat (chicken) rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

D. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help create an alkaline environment. The remaining 20% \u200b\u200bof the feed can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. Drink fresh vegetable juice (including bean sprouts) to obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells, eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 40 º C (104 º F), so cook your vegetables at temperatures below 40 º C.

E. Avoid coffee, tea and chocolate which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in the water. Distilled water is acidic, so avoid it.

F. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leads to more toxins.

G. The cell walls have a tough protein covering. By reducing the intake of meat it frees more enzymes to attack the walls of diseased cells, allowing destroy more number of cancer cells.

H. Some supplements build up the immune system (antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, etc.) Which helps the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E, causing apoptosis or programmed cell death, which is the body's normal method of disposing of damaged cells, unwanted or unnecessary.

I. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help them survive a person with cancer. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness into a stressful and acidic environment agency. Learn to have a heart filled with love and forgiveness will help improve the conditions of cancer. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

J. Cancer cells can not thrive in an oxygenated environment Exercising daily and deep breathing, helping cells get more oxygen. therapy Oxygen is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

2. Do not put plastic bottles with water in the freezer.
3. Do not use the microwave plastic wrap

Other Points
A. John Hopkins has recently sent this newsletter. This information is being circulated at the Medical Center of the U.S. Army Walter Reed. E l Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. En lugar del plástico, el Dr Fujimoto recommended for cooking food, using glass, such as packaging in Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. precooked foods sold in supermarkets (such as instant ramen soup) should be removed from their plastic containers to other containers such as those mentioned here. role to safeguard the heated food is not bad but you do not know what is in the paper. is safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.. He reminded us that a while ago fast food restaurants away from the foam packaging foam (foam) and passed packaged in paper to keep the food warm. The dioxin problem was one of the reasons.

B. Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap-like thermoplastic resin, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in microwave. Toxins from the plastic container mixed with the food due to high temperatures during microwave cooking. is best to wrap the food with a paper towel.
