Many times we have had to face that question. And explain it may be a long process as there are many distorted ideas about their meaning. Elder John A. Windtsoe, who was a member of the Quorum of the Twelve in the years from 1921 to 1952, the latter where he died, he left us a clear idea as to what teaching is a prophet called by God.
